Youth Support Groups
Support groups are youth-led safe spaces for peer connection, learning, and open conversation around wellbeing.

YOUTH SUPPORT GROUPS
Youth support groups are peer-led spaces grounded in lived experience, where young people come together to share, learn, and support one another. Through open dialogue and mutual respect, participants draw on their own experiences to build understanding, resilience, and practical wellbeing skills. Young people aged 18–24 can join by registering through our online sign-up form below. Groups are facilitated by trained youth leaders and follow safeguarding and confidentiality guidelines to ensure a safe, supportive space. Participants then receive details on available physical or online groups and next steps.
